Volunteers are invited to teach ENGLISH, Dance, Yoga, Music and other extra curriculum in our Nursery and Primary school in Virudhuanagar. The school is run by our organization and the kids’ age group is 2 to 9 years.

The working hours will be from 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, the volunteers can go out on weekend trips to many tourist spots like hill stations and beaches near our home town. The volunteers can work for 1 month to 6 months.

So many volunteers from abroad have successfully participated in this sector and gained practical knowledge of Indian education system. Three times homely food with packaged drinking water and neat accommodation will be provided to the volunteers and phone, internet facilities are available on payment basis. The volunteers can fly to CHENNAI from their countries and from Chennai, domestic flights are operated to MADURAI, a town near our home town Virudhunagar. In the Madurai airport, the volunteers will be received by us to VIRUDHUNAGAR.

To empower women folks of this area, we are forming poor women's self help groups. Micro credit programs are also going on. The volunteers can visit the members' houses, participate in the meetings for the SHGs conducted by us and by this, the volunteers can get first hand practical knowledge of the status of the poor women folks of this area who are upgraded by us through our micro credit programs.

Our SHG members are from poor family backgrounds and the decision making authority in most of the families are men. To get our women SHG members equal status in the families, we are working hard and in almost every meeting, this particular subject is raised and our members are getting awareness in this regard.

If volunteers from abroad are placed, they will get more knowledge about gender equality and our women SHG members' position will be improved further, we hope.

The volunteers will get them aware of the socio economic conditions of women in Europe and other continents.  Our female staff members will guide you during your volunteering here.  The SHG volunteers also have to teach English in our Nursery and Primary school here

Volunteers both male and female from abroad are invited to CULTURAL TOUR AND VOLUNTEERING programme of our organization. Teens and children with their parents can also participate in this programme. The purpose of this programme is to experience practical knowledge of the south Indian culture and customs and to enjoy the tourist locations.

The volunteers will be engaged for one week in our social service activities suchas women's SHGs, School, Computer training centre for Girls and after that they can start their three weeks touring programme.

While in our home town, homely food with packaged drinking water and neat accommodation will be provided to the volunteers.

Tour chart will be given to the volunteers and taxis from our home town VIRUDHUNAGAR for three weeks to tourist centres and back to VIRUDHUNAGAR and accommodations at tourist places will be arranged by us. The tourist attractions to be covered are within South India i.e. TAMILNADU, KERALA, and KARNATAKA states and union territory of Pondicherry and the tourist attractions include hill stations, beaches and other famous locations.

To reach our organization, the volunteers can book flight tickets to CHENNAI and from there to MADURAI, a local airport. The volunteers will be received by us in the MADURAI airport. The selection is through e.mail after getting short resume.
